PLA Software and PLA Operations leverage the WealthAbility® brand to sell products and services (“WealthAbility Products”). As such, all Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of WealthAbility, LLC (“WealthAbility®”) apply equally to your interactions with PLA Software and PLA Operations.
We provide you (“you” or “your”) with information, goods, services, and access to third-party services through various forms of communication, including phone calls, text messages, emails, paper documents, and our websites (“Website” or “Websites”). - Introduction

We provide you (“you” or “your”) with information, goods, services, and access to third-party services through various forms of communication, including phone calls, text messages, emails, paper documents, and our websites (“Website” or “Websites”):

WealthAbility® grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Websites for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any Website components.
Circumvent technical measures or interfere with Website functionality.

You may download, save, and print PDF documents from our Websites for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, publish, or create derivative works from these documents.
- c) License Termination
Your licenses terminate if you lose access to the Websites for any reason, including site removal or account termination.

- Refund Policy

Full refund available if requested within five (5) days of purchase. Email team@wealthability.com to request a refund.
- b) WealthAbility Live (Subscription-Based Live Event Series)
Full refund available within 30 days of initial sign-up. Refunds are not available after this period.
- c) Annual Tax Strategy Conference (Live Event)
Refunds are available after the first day of the event if requested in writing before the event concludes.
- d) WealthAbility Accelerator (Mentorship Program)
Full refund available within five (5) days of initial deposit or payment.
- e) How to Request a Refund

(Optional) Reason for your request
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
- Intellectual Property
All rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are reserved. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or distribute our content.
- Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- a) Tax Advice
Any U.S. federal tax advice provided is not intended for use in avoiding IRS penalties or for promoting transactions. Seek independent tax advice based on your circumstances.
- b) Website Use
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Websites and disclaim warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- c) Liability Limits
WealthAbility® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify WealthAbility® and its affiliates against claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Websites.

- b) Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- c) Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled in courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
- d) Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WealthAbility®, superseding previous agreements.
